The title says it all. Many mens lives are ruined by the fact this isnt done and are stuck paying for a child when the relationship ends when they are not even the father. We need a bill that mandates paternity testing before a man is allowed to sign the birth certificate. This would benefit mens mental and financial health and reduce suicide in men. Also this would allow the real father to come to light so they can support and have a relationship with their child should they want it.
