Overarching Policy
- For this document, I will do my best to refrain from placing the major components of the Trump campaign and the recent addition of the MAHA. Those policy objectives are both incredible and attainable. The purpose of this document is to attempt to fill in the cracks and to build hope for the future of our Constitutional Republic.
- Task Force Development: Overarching task force development where compensation is dependent on successful implementation of policies, not adding bureaucratic layers with agencies’ that learn to perpetuate their problems indefinitely, for they are incentivized to do so.
Health and Safety
- Water Safety: Mandatory studies of water sources in major metropolitan areas should be conducted, with chemical analysis to determine safety. If harmful chemicals are found, companies responsible must be held liable for their removal.
- Pharmaceutical Companies: Ban pharmaceutical companies from advertising their products like every other country in the world (except NZ). Execute the promises of MAHA to provide the studies making up the bedrock of the litigation swarm headed for Big Pharma.
- Medical Professional Disclosures: Medical professionals will be required to disclose how much they earn based on vaccine administration and target schedules as well as from the specific prescription of drugs.
- Food Ingredient Transparency: Ban chemicals in food (i.e. Dyes, seed oils) and require full 100% disclosure of all ingredients. A standardized method for identifying ingredients will be introduced to eliminate confusion, such as the multiple names used for sugars and specific, easy to read labels for man-made items.
- Vaccines Only in Healthcare Settings: Vaccines must only be administered in a healthcare provider’s office. No vaccines can be aerosolized, added to food, water, or distributed in any way outside of approved medical settings.
- Research on Banned Substances: A task force will be created to publish studies on the efficacy of currently banned drugs, including ibogaine, mushrooms, MDMA, and other substances for therapeutic use in mental health treatments.
Government Limitation of Powers
- Congressional Oversight: Term limits for congressional members, transparency of donors, and a ban on the use of government or campaign funds to settle sexual harassment claims. The Omnibus Bill should also be outlawed. No longer will Congress be allowed to hide line items in 1500 pages of text. Might help them to read the entire bill aloud. Congress must also sit in Congress for a minimum mandatory number of days. Personally, wouldn’t be opposed to salary limitations based on average income in their respective, represented area. The ability of congressional members and their families to trade in the stock market should be addressed and heavily limited.
- Government Overreach Task Force: Create personal liability for government agents actively infringing on citizens’ Bill of Rights protections. In pursuit of transparency, remove the monetary requirement for Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.*
- Repeal the ability for government to produce, create, distill, or incentivize any Propaganda use to any citizens of the United States *
- Social Security Number Protections: Reinstate the original promise that Social Security Numbers would not be used as a primary identification number for citizens. The SSN must either be fully protected with encryption or banned from use by any third party.
- Whistleblower Protections: Distinct whistleblower protections should be introduced, ending the rule that prevents them from defending their actions in court.
- Patent Classification by Energy Efficiency: A task force should be established to evaluate currently classified patents that can improve life through energy efficiency, with public oversight to ensure the release of beneficial technologies.
- Security Clearance Reform: Review and reform the use of security clearances, especially regarding their indefinite nature and potential for misuse in advancing personal or corporate interests.
- Foreign Aid: While a need for foreign aid certainly exists, the duty of the elected members of congress is to the people first. Sending aid money overseas should require some form of voter input.
Protecting the Future
- Quantum Computing Protection: A task force should be created to develop and implement protocols to protect individual citizens from the threats posed by quantum computing.
- AI Oversight: Establish a task force to provide oversight on artificial intelligence development to ensure responsible and safe use with an ability to intervene should the situation call for it.
- Outcome-Based Task Forces: For large spending new laws passed, a task force will be formed to assess whether the intended outcomes were achieved and to provide accountability for implementation.
- Birth Rates: All over the world, birth rates are plummeting, leading the leaders to falsely believe the solution to be bringing in external cultures and supplementing the local population. This has led to an immense clash of the cultures. Why don’t we create a future for our people, here and now? Let’s incentivize the birth rates and create incentives based on what other countries have successfully implemented.
