End Government Mandates in Healthcare

This proposal advocates for the complete elimination of government mandates related to healthcare decisions, empowering individuals to make their own choices about their health and medical treatments without coercion.

Key Components:

  1. Abolition of Mandated Vaccinations:
  • Repeal any federal, state, or local laws requiring vaccinations for individuals, including children, to attend school or participate in public activities. Individuals should have the freedom to make informed choices about vaccinations based on their own health considerations and beliefs.
  1. Freedom of Medical Treatment:
  • Ensure that individuals are not compelled to undergo specific medical treatments or procedures mandated by the government or insurance providers. This includes treatments related to COVID-19 or other public health concerns. Patients should have the right to refuse or select alternative treatments without penalty.
  1. Informed Consent as a Requirement:
  • Enforce that all medical procedures and treatments are based on voluntary informed consent, ensuring that individuals are fully educated about the risks and benefits and are able to make choices without pressure or coercion.
  1. Decentralization of Health Regulations:
  • Shift the authority over health regulations from federal to local levels, allowing communities to make decisions based on their unique values and circumstances without overarching federal mandates. This would promote a more tailored approach to public health.
  1. Encouraging Personal Responsibility:
  • Promote initiatives that encourage personal responsibility for health decisions, including education on health literacy and critical thinking, allowing individuals to assess risks and make informed choices about their healthcare without government involvement.
  1. Protection of Health Privacy:
  • Ensure strict protections for individual health information, preventing the government from accessing or mandating the disclosure of personal medical decisions. This includes safeguarding patient data from being used to enforce mandates.
  1. Support for Diverse Healthcare Options:
  • Foster a healthcare environment that supports a wide range of treatment options, including alternative and complementary therapies, without government intervention or mandates that restrict access based on traditional medical standards.

Ending government mandates in healthcare is essential for preserving individual freedom and autonomy. By empowering people to make their own health decisions, we create a system that respects personal choice and fosters a culture of informed consent. This approach ensures that healthcare remains a personal matter, free from coercive government influence.

Absoluty, ban government mandates requiring vaccination bribary and fear mongering to comply with iron fists and agenda.

-Resurrect the 2004 elimination of scoliosis screening in children. (2) decades forgotten- what has become an Epidemic in our youth by allowing school districts to turn a blind eye while granting negligence, to blatently disregard proper screenings completley necessary in preventative health defects. Our future concerns are only as good as our childs health and ultimate wellbeing.

Attempts to Mandate or Neglect in the health and wellbeing of our people and children to have the highest repercusions allowed in advocated legislation to avoid it ever becoming optional in playing out.

-Form powerful force of organized individuals that quickly form legislation to protect our future with protected security in order to defend it.

-Eliminate The Department of Education Completely.

Ban colleges and medical schools from requiring vaccines to attend school. My daughter (college freshman) wanted to go into medical field but had to change career path because she is ineligible to attend medical school because of her vaccination status. Medical schools enforce the CDC for healthcare worker standards which prevents individuals with different views on vaccines from working in the medical field.
