It’s ridiculous that the penalty for Part D insurance lasts as long as you have it,so basically a lifetime. It should be a one year ,the year you re-enroll. I lost mine from moving an unaware. Social security knew where I was when I moved cause I notified them an I never received anything about a update to the part d. Live an learn,but for life?
