Election Day should be a national holiday so everyone has a chance to vote on the day of election. Everywhere should be closed like Christmas there is no reason why we can’t do this. This should not replace early voting due though because it is also important for everyone to have the option to vote early as well.
Another thing that could be included in this policy is National elections should require ID to vote and voting can not be drug out like in some states where they allow four or five days after the election for ballots to come in. They should stop receiving in ballots at the close of polls in their state.
