Why should I, a 90% Service-Connected Disabled Veteran, be subjected to periodic re-evaluations every two to five years to maintain my rating? As a veteran who has deployed and fought for this nation, why should I be consistently required to demonstrate my physical and mental impairments? My fellow veterans have made significant contributions to our country, yet we continue to be compelled to prove our worth. This must end once we receive our rating, as it should remain valid for life. I urge the government to cease the re-evaluation process.

I agree that’s something that should be for life, it’s not like your disability will decrease over time, so why would the rating. Once set that should all that has to be done, if for some reason a person is rated at say 75% then there disability gets worst, the reevaluate them to see if the rating would go up, that should be the only reason for it.
