I feel like the problem with America lies in its cities. Many cities, such as Philadelphia, Detroit, Baltimore, San Francisco, Seattle, California, and New York, as well as Chicago, require attention. We need legislation to ensure that corrupt mayors no longer hold office in cities across America. The cities need to be as well-maintained as the states in America, and there should be an end to heavy taxes on purchases and city taxes in American cities. The cities should resemble the suburbs in America.
