We need to STOP using the word “permit” for anything having to do with open or concealed carry of hand guns (or other lawful weapons covered under Amend 2). One does not need “permission” to exercise one’s second Amendment RIGHT. “Firearm” is a statutory term denoting a statute-regulated weapon. The language is obviously very important as there is big difference between a “word” and a legal “term”. For example: What’s a “rectum”?
