A rebuild of the American foster system could help qualified and safe families to adopt and foster children, but it could also help minimize the use of abortions in the country. Reform Foster System

I think the foster care system needs to be reformed. This is a talking subject for in what ways it needs to be changed but I have heard about many people abusing the foster system. I think there needs to be more in home checks unscheduled, I think that we need to uphold Child protective services to a higher standard.
