policy name: members threatening pushing for violence or any of the above.
Policy proposal: if any member of the government is found to be threatening or push for violence or towards one another, should be held in contempt of their office and they’re oath.
Objective: to prevent what we seen member of the government did in 2020 around the election, where they threatening the Republican candidate (Trump ) as well pushing to keep the riots going, as well bailing out rioters, so they could going riot more.
1: any member threatening the public, other members, candidate, citizens of the United States, should be removed from there official position and held for trial.
2: any member known to be bailing out any rioters, criminals, involved in any criminal act, should be removed from there official and held for trial.
3: if these members are involved is any of these steps, there pay should beheld, until after the trail, if they are found guilty, there pay will be revoked, as well any money that was paid during the time of there act, shall be paid back, immediately after conviction.
4: no in sight commites need to be considered in this, a trail by a court of law, only in these cases, this is breaking the law, since commites take to long to gather information. As well sometime never come up with a satisfactory conclusion.
5: these member will have to obtain a lawyer to represent them if they so desire. Outside of government officials.
6: if there was any death, property damage, found as a results of any of these members involvement with rioters or criminals at the time should be held accountable, as well maybe subject to paying for damages. If a death from it the member(s) should be held on murder charges.
results: this will hold each member accountable to their oath to office, as well prevent any more of what we seen happen in 2020. To many members was to free as well allowed to do and say anything they wished and not held accountable for it. It’s time to hold each government officials to the highest stander of there office.
