With all the abundance of health benefits of cannabis on top of the hemp alone being able to make clothes paper and many other things, there’s no reason it should be legal on a state level, but yet illegal on a federal level

As somebody who lives in a state where this drug is legal, I’m not a fan. Ppl are smoking it at parks, hikes, apt complexes. While driving. Its a disgusting drug. Nobody else wants to be around it. I really hope it doesn’t pass. Its also the ultimate gateway drug. Not a fan.
That’s understandable but at the same time that’s not cannabis’s fault that’s the fault of the state for not managing it better bc the same argument could be used for alcohol or people that take pills I’m not asking for it to be legalize and no restrictions put on it but more for all the other benefits it can have you can substitute cannabis in place of many other drugs it is a great source of fiber for clothing and paper it can help many veterans on top of people with depression or can’t sleep at night as long as it’s handled with care if you can’t drink and drive then no smoking and driving if you can’t get wasted in public you can’t get stoned in public it’s more than something to get you high it can help a lot of people
