We’ve seen what this plant can do, if alcohol is legal why can’t cannabis be? My diabetic retinopathy has almost completely cleared but I can’t tell my doctor it’s THC because it’s illegal. My back is messed and I’m having surgery soon, marijuana is the only thing that helps the nerve pain in my legs.

I agree. I think it would be good to decriminalize it at the federal level but allow the states to vote to locally recriminalize it if they wish. It seems an issue that ought to be a state decision to me, and a federal overreach that needs to be corrected.
