Very short and simple. It is 2024 and we finally have the opportunity to give the State’s their own power regarding marijuana and allowing the American People the CHOICE to VOTE.
Federally legalize Marijuana, allow states to vote on the legalizing of marijuana.
Drug Free Work Place regulations on THC need to be changed to reflect the legalization of Marijuana in select states where the PEOPLE HAVE DECIDED to allow marijuana in their home state.
Thank you.
The Trades are suffering, because unions do not allow marijuana use AFTER HOURS due to the Federal ignorance and abuse of power by America’s past Presidents.
You have a very interesting argument for legalizing Marijuana. I honestly agree with it all. There are some states where it is allowed like California and Colorado and then some states that don’t allow it such as I believe Texas. I’m not too informed about what Marijuana does to you, but from what I know it just relaxes you and doesn’t do anything bad to you like drinking does, you can’t overdose on it or if you could it would take too much to do so, and it has been proven that it can prevent seizures. I don’t smoke Marijuana myself but out of everything that people smoke it doesn’t seem that bad. I see no harm in it and I think legalizing it everywhere wouldn’t be bad.
As a marijuana user who lives in a state that you have to get a new medical card every 7 months with a doctor who pushes for the use of it, I personally think it should just be legal every where and the taxes on it alone could help pay back a good bit out the debt our country is in. I’ll put price in perspective since money is what makes the work go round it would cost 600.00 for me and my boyfriend to each get a med card the first 7 months. Then 7 months later you are looking at another 300.00 Combined. In legal states you pay 21% in taxes to just walk in and give them your id.
