Instant investigation into Constitutional Violations

The President was just found guilty of 34 felonies.

This is bullshit but this is what most people go through every time we enter into a courtroom and/or deal with police.

It needs to stop.

We need to have a rule where, when a cop, judge or politician violates our Constitutional Rights, we have a resource to call some Federal Entity that investigates and can instantly correct the error.

There also needs to be fines. Automatic. You get a cop who’s ego forces him to fuck with someone because a person said something they didn’t like. Instant call. It’s freedom of speech. You’re fined $5000. Let him go.

You get a judge who ignores due process, won’t step down when his family is financially tied to a conviction, guides the jury away from the law to get a pre-determined outcome, $5000 per offense. A new judge needs to be assigned.

Wanna ignore the law and arrest a man without CRIME or a warrant? $5000.
Wanna ignore probable cause? $5000.
Bring a case against someone without first a Grand Jury indictment? $5000.
A cop detains someone to investigate them without a crime? $5000.
Falsely ID a person and arrest them? Everyone involved, $5000.
If anyone in government ignores law or violates your Rights, $5000.

Or a tiered system for position. 1k for city employees, 5k for police, 10k for judges and 50k when a politician writes or votes for an unconstitutional bill.

A cop arrests and charges you with some bullshit like recording in a public place but you didn’t listen when they told you to stop. You don’t have to. It’s protected under the 1st. DA drops the charges but why doesn’t anyone do anything about the cop? He violated my rights. Ignorance of the law isn’t an excuse. I can sue, but there are people that lose their job, their family. The cop maybe gets 5 days paid leave. He’s rewarded with a mini-vacation. In what world is that equal protection under the law or legal?

Anyway, if they want to do it again (the way they do) the fines go up. They’ll learn not to fuck with the people. WE ARE THE SUPREME! It’s enough.

I mean, the NY attorneys office was in front of the House and the guy plead the 5th on everything they did illegal in going after Trump. In what world is that ok? He’s at home, eating with his family right now.

If this judge violated such a prominent person’s rights so badly, it brings into question every trial he has ever presided over. What did he do to the nobodies like us poor commoners? Every case should be independently reviewed.

Good rant… Justice is now swift in this day and age and it really should be. I also posted an idea asking for police hired to deal with small fraud, neighbor on , neighbor stuff. We end up getting screwed over small stuff and the cops won’t arrest someone, won’t allow you to place a citizens arrest and tell you, “its a civil matter,” when its not civil, you’ve been defrauded over something like a car or rent, etc.
