Schools need to listen and investigate better when it comes to school bullying. Harsher penalties to the bully as well the staff that allow or make it easier for the bullies to torment another child. Too many times it is passed on. False accusations and the like need to be delt with to a point of failure to graduate or redoing that grade level all over again and all schools need to communicate the reason why if student is transferred so the punishment carries out.
