Fix Insider Trading with Updated Disclosure Laws

Allowing insider trading for Congressman would work out fine if they had to disclose their trades the day of the trade. Nancy can cheat all she wants but the rest of America should be able to know her trades and follow them.

Also, disclosure laws should absolutely include spouses’ financials.

I disagree.

I think politicians should be required to disclose trades seven (7) days in advance of their trade. This will force a preemptive ability for people to see and will trend politicians towards investing for the long term.

The money will go in escrow in the meantime.
