We should not have to spend American tax dollars on illegal aliens that receive life sentences for capital crimes. Nor should we spend American tax dollars on illegal aliens that receive any sentences for crimes against our children. Create a Federal Death Penalty. This will deter illegal aliens from coming here with hostile intent. And it will save The People from paying for a lifetime of food, medical, and housing for the most extreme illegal criminals. US prisons are by far some of the nicest places compared to the prison systems of other countries. Going to prison here for some illegals is no big deal.

Illegal immigrants should be dealt with. Criminal illegal immigrants could be a burden on society as you say, so may e there is a way to profit off of them?

Death penalty is 100% needed for anyone who commits murder, period. Murder should be dealt with immediately. Once a conviction is handed down within 1 week the penalty should be carried out. The main reason why criminals get evidence planted or they are patsies is because they have a record to begin with which makes it very hard to believe much less prove their innocence. IF criminals knew they would hang or die for murder there would be less murders. Arrest, trial, conviction, sentence, execution. DONE.
This I have a concern with. My post is for a Federal Death Penalty. Immigration is federal law and federal law only. I may be mistaken, however, you seem to be referring to cases at the state level. I completely understand that there are people on death row that the innocence project is working with. There are innocent people who, under your plan, that would be executed. Justice wouldn’t be served for the original victim, nor the victim of the execution at the state level.

Brutally cruel? I’m not saying all illegals. I’m specifically saying those that commit crimes against children and capital crimes. Nothing cruel or unusual? Explain to the parents of Laken Riley that the person that attacked, beat, assaulted, and murdered their daughter deserves better than their daughter got. He was already a criminal because of the way he decided to enter our country. Then he committed a capital crime. Are you seriously suggesting that the American people support him for the rest of his life in our prison system? Kill him. He’s used up more than enough of American resources.
The death penalty (humanely like injection), and quickly following conviction, should be mandatory at the federal level. Illegal immigrant or citizen shouldn’t matter. 1st degree murder, multiple rape, crimes against children, sex trafficking, etc… The list should be created and legislated, again at the federal level.
