I fear this could be abused by rogue prosecutors going after political opponents. There needs to be a level of certainty to reach this that goes further than guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
I would propose a panel of 9 judges selected and agreed to by the prosecution and defense after the offender is found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and convicted.
Those 9 judges must be comprised of higher and lower courts, and must agree unanimously that the convicted sex offender is to receive the death penalty. If not all 9 judges agree on the death penalty, then they must consider castration. If they cant agree on castration, then they must return sentencing back to the original judge to sentence in accordance with current law. Even with castration being voted on unanimously, additional sentencing is returned to the original judge for consideration.

5 years of prison, a bounty for anyone that can prove their innocence without a doubt, followed by execution if no one can.

I agree with this and I also think if a parents takes things into their own hands they should not receive more than a year for doing what ever in necessary at the moment of the issue at hand.
