Our court systems need to better support fathers rights!! It is pitted against them. They do not have equal rights.

I think alot of it is stemed from the fact that men have little understanding of the legal jargen and are unaware of how to prep with evidence to fight custody battles. But i do agree with the fact that for a long time fathers who were able to care for their kids and still lost custody battles is very cruel if it qas proven unjust.

No I’ve been through the legal system , and because the woman births the child she keeps custody by default . I fought for my child and lost, was awarded visitation and work towards partial custody and she decided she didn’t want me to have that and when I talked to my sheriff , since he was suppose to uphold the court order, he said the prosecutor won’t do anything to her so there’s nothing he can do and I didn’t see my child for 15 yrs. It’s not that we don’t know about the legal system, it’s completely rigged against us.
We need to have a 50/50 custody so that it is automatic.
