Men do not have rights in family court. Women automatically are awarded the children regardless of the circumstances and situation. Men are treated nothing more than financial support despite the fact the single fathers produce successful children. The current court system only favors the mothers and only benefits mothers. There is no due process, no equality for fathers.

I agree since I myself was affected by this. Child custody should be 50/50 no child support as a base unless of extreme circumstances where one is deemed unfit , and must be proven.
And it’s not just unfair legally, but because of this women gladly leave men knowing he now has to pay her ,so she lives comfortably while he struggles to pay her and make a living for himself. There are men who live on the street with a full time job because he has to pay child support and sometimes alimony on top of it. And in the worst cases some men commit suicide because of it, this needs to end, it needs to be fixed. Please someone take this on!

No, mothers are not automatically awarded children. However, parent alienation does exist. This is a family court problem. There are millions of mothers that are without our children as well. My abuser lied under oath and the judge knew he did and did not care. Both of our children expressed to the judge and the GAL they wanted to be with me and our rights were taken away. ALL PARENTS that alienate their children from the other parent should be held liable and face consequences. My children and I have lost countless memories that could have been made and time that we will never get back. Check out my movement & please vote. Let’s save our children!!

I hear you! This happened to my husband as well and now he and I don’t have a relationship with his two adult sons because his ex did everything in her power to make those two boys hate us because she was jealous of our relationship. I am sorry this happened to you and your children!
