Since the people both left and right have stated the need to have every vote count it is time to make that happen. The electoral college has met this need in the past but to ensure every vote counts we need to change the electoral college system to the county electoral college so that each county in the country is represented equally thereby halting the fly over zones that are not represented. This will accomplish two things equal representation for all counties in the election process and halting the stuffing of cities with democratic illegal voter to bolster the popular vote. This will also have a positive effect on immigration since voters will have to be spread to all counties and thereby help with integrating folks in local communities where American life can be taught at the local level and civic and laws can be taught as people integrate to the counties.
