At the border and under the border are important. Due to many tunnels that are dug. I propose that along the border wall there be 4K motion sensor cameras equipped with solar power to notify guard posts set along the border. Adding to this for every 10-20 mile stretch give the border patrol ground penetrating radar (1 for each stretch of those 10-20 miles) select a border officer in each stretch to then scan that stretch on a regular basis, searching for any ground anomaly that could possibly be a tunnel. We must be pro active and on the offensive. I feel these are tools that would greatly help. 4K cameras instead of grainy cctv type footage. Ground penetrating radar to help the stop of tunneling people and drugs.
