Is it possible to require manufacturers/packagers to have expiration or best buy dates printed so it stands out and the location be universal? Too often i pick up a dark color bottle and the expiration date is the same dark color so its nearly impossible to determine the date. Can we make the location uniform also? Maybe all expiration dates must be located on the front bottom and be in a large print?

Yes!!! With a standard font size of 10pt or greater, with a contrasting font color, and simple date format of XX/XX/XXX.
