In any state, as long as abortion is an option the male has a right to opt out of all obligations to the child until abortion deadline date. Obligations include: child support, visitation, and any interference of the child until 18. If the obligation is violated the father will pay mandatory child support and granted limited visitation to the child to be supervised and gradually introduced at the discretion of social worker and counselor.
Additionally, any divorce or separation involving children both responsible parties of the child/children will receive equal custody of the child/children with equal visitation time and rights of parent-ship. Child support is a last resort.
