The American people shouldn’t have to fight for parenting time when each parent has done nothing wrong. One parent should not have more rights than the other for no reason. There needs to be reform on these issues and on how child support is calculated overall. Equal parenting time would mean no need for child support being charged to either parent. Currently child support calculations are unfair and unjust and create unnecessary hardships for many people. This proposal is to do a complete overhaul and reform to how parenting time is allocated and how support is calculated.
