Allow people to actually own the homes and property they purchase. Indefinitely paying “lot rent” so the township/county doesnt take your home is absurd. You never get to OWN your home.

Americans should be able to own their homes. Property taxes give more power and control to government in order to keep ownership over citizens homes that they have worked years to pay for.
Once Americans pay off their homes the government shouldn’t be able to take ownership of that home if taxes are not paid.
