End all gerrymandering of districts

We must restore to the American voters their right to vote in meaningful elections. The voters should be picking their elected officials and NOT the elected officials picking their voters. The Party in power in any given state must no longer be able to gerrymander their controlled political entity and thus wrongly hold onto power.
