With the Senate today electing South Dakota Republican John Thune to Senate Leader, I propose:
The vote should be taken in the new year, post last election, with the newly elected Senate.
My Question on this: WHY?!?!? Why is the leader elected under the phased out Senate vs the incoming Senate, who will be subject to his/her leadership? This makes no sense.

We need full transparency for all votes that take place In the Senate and House. No more secret votes. The voters need to know their representative is making the right decisions based on the desires of their constituents. This also allows voters to hold representatives accountable on Election Day if they have not done their job correctly.

Pass a law that prohibits “secret ballot” votes in the legislative branch of the American Government. All ballots in either the House or the Senate should be completely transparent to the American people.

In order to ensure integrity and transparency in Congress. Every bill brought to a vote MUST be a role call vote. No more secret ballots. We must be able to see which Representatives and Senators are voting in our best interests vs not.
Representatives and Senators CANNOT vote for another Representative or Senator if they are not present.

I know most will initially oppose this, but hear me out. The “secret” ballot is why we have stolen elections. They can simply cheat because they know no one can see it. It makes it very hard to prove that an election was stolen when the evidence (ballots) is “secret”. Imagine a murder trial where all the evidence is “secret”.
