Eliminate Insulin Patents & Include Domestic Manufacturers

Insulin should be manufactured in the United States if US citizens are consuming it. Homeland security risks to have so much of our medication manufactured elsewhere. My husband’s medication is from Russia and Japan. When Biden repealed Trump’s insulin bill, our insulin costs skyrocketed to almost $1,400 a month and we had a daughter in daycare. We are a dual income household. I work in the auto insurance industry and my husband is an engineer. We were living within our means but cost of living has become insane. Insulin was not something he can do without.
