We need to bring back drug testing. The food industry especially. I’m tired of people smoking weed, crack, and meth on every corner and smelling it day in and day out. There needs to be restrictions on marijuana use in public places and driving. Legalizing only has made the increase of other drugs to be openly used in public as well. If pro marijuana users want the right to smoke, then I also have the right to not smell it.
Marijuana and alcohol are not in the same classification. If I sit next to a drunk at a bar, I’m not going to get drunk. If I sit next to someone smoking, I’m gonna get high.

I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to smoke in public in all states that has legalized it for recreational use. I know it’s illegal to smoke and drive already.
