Once a car has been registered, owners should not have to continue paying to re-register their vehicles! Additionally, yearly property taxes on cars MUST end.

The right to travel is a fundamental unalienable right granted for in our Constitution. It cannot be taxed (registration, license) or hindered without due process. We must provide for law to educate our state and local law enforcement agencies about the right to travel, citizen rights and the consequences for violating citizens rights.
While the states have the right to regulate commerce, it should not be assumed by law enforcement that everyone is always operating in commerce while driving an automobile.
“Driver” licenses are issued for “motor vehicles”. “Passports” are issued for those who “travel”. The definition of these words are not synonymous, everyone should know these terms and they should be clearly defined in all public and private primary education.
