Corporations shouldn’t be able to own single family homes

I see corporations are purchasing single family homes at an alarming rate. Huge companies that control trillions in portfolios like BlackRock. They have too much power but also locally corporations are amassing large single family homes portfolios. They will be able to dictate the market if we don’t make
Amendments or rules to take this bargaining power away.
