Ban large corporations from owning family sized homes

Large coorporations like Blackrock are purchasing thousands of family sized homes and turning them into rental properties. This makes fewer houses on the market for home buyers which drives up the costs of buying a new home. The value of a company should determine what type of properties they are able to purchase. For example, $100 million companies should not be allowed to purchase family homes under 10,000 sq ft. Large corporations benefit on us regular Joe’s not owning anything and renting everything we need. Turning us into a nation of renters is a goal they are pushing for.
