Compensation for COVID 19 Vaccine Injured

COVID 19 Vaccine Injured deserve Compensation
Right now they await The CICP
The court of last resort to pay nothing or pennies on life threatening situations that were mandated by Our Government .
These Cases should be turned over to the VICP
Court which handles vaccines like the Flu shots.
Our own dept of health and human resources says that when this Vaccine is mandated for school children and Pregnant Women the government is to move the vaccine into the VICP this has not been done

Hi Pam,
I voted for your proposal because I think it will be critical in our effort to regain a government…“of the People, by the People, and for the People”.
I appreciate your taking the initiative to forward this policy. Compensation for the damage done by the “vaccines” is a crucial piece to bring about justice for the campaign of lies and deceit foisted on the people of their country and of the world at large.

I’m wondering if you would take a moment to have a look at my proposal for a Truth and Reconciliation Commission and give it a 'like" if it resonates with you? Truth and Reconciliation Commission.

In my mind, these policies are the only way we will ever get to a full disclosure of the Deep State’s treasonous activities that are responsible for so much of the decline of our sacred Democratic Republic.

And maybe we can work together in some way down the road to merge our efforts in order to bring about these polices?

Thank you so much for being a part of this “Policies for the People” effort. Onward!

Thank you, Kimberly, for such a concise and clear proposal. There was an injury in my family that is directly related to this topic. I’m pasting a letter below that I have sent to my representative, governor, and the White House. So far, I have been in contact with my congressman’s office and I hope that the next administration will bring the change that is deserved to those who were injured. Pfizer and Moderna enjoyed profits well into the tens of billions of taxpayer dollars, there should be significant compensation for those who were extremely injured by their product. I hope that this website and thread will gain Mr. Kennedy’s attention in 2025. Below is my letter:

Dear Moderna Inc. Leadership,
United States Government,
and Multiple Broadcast Media,
I am writing to you with the purpose of bringing awareness to the life altering injury sustained by my wife as a result of the Moderna, Covid-19, mRNA vaccine, Lot #: 011J20A that she received on 12-23-2020. The specific awareness and justification sought involves the vast contrast between the protections and royalties afforded to organizations such a Moderna Inc., and the non-existence of the same resources available to those who experience a rare and unfortunate
injury from their products. The salutation of this letter includes multiple entities with the intent of wide distribution for the purpose of abundant visibility.

As an abridged backstory, my wife, Deliah Kolasinski, is a Master’s Prepared Registered Nurse, mother of three children, and all-around advocate for humanity. Up until her vaccination, Deliah was an avid runner with an average of 12 miles per week and hopes of running a 1/2 marathon someday. Deliah was very much, and surprisingly still is an advocate for vaccines. Our children have been vaccinated against Covid-19 even since she has been so badly injured. As an Emergency Nurse, Deliah was one of the first few groups in the country to be allowed to receive the vaccine during the pandemic. She took pictures of the event and sent texts to friends and family because she was so proud to be a force for the common good.

Unfortunately, a couple of weeks after her first dose, Deliah began to feel strange tingling sensations in her fingers and toes. A week later, she was admitted into the hospital with paralysis up to her chest, and diagnosed with Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS). On January 25, 2021, Deliah was no longer able to breathe on her own and needed to be intubated. For the next 6 weeks, Deliah was completely paralyzed including her face and in writhing pain. During this time, surgeons placed a tracheotomy in her throat and a feeding tube in her stomach.

On March 10, 2021, Deliah was transferred to a Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC). This was the 2nd attempt to transfer her because the first time, the Transport Medic disconnected her ventilator incorrectly which nearly killed her. Everything went black and her heart rate dropped to 30 BPM before a Respiratory Therapist reconnected her to the ventilator. At the LTAC, Deliah slowly began to be able to move her shoulders again. During the next 7 weeks, she experienced a less adequate level of care, but did work with physical therapists to begin the long road toward walking again. She spent many days and nights dirty from her own waste and at one point watched a nurse collect her urine for testing then use the same container to mix medicine for her feeding tube and plunge it into her stomach. It’s hard to imagine this experience as a Masters Prepared Nurse while not being able to move or speak.

By late April, Deliah was finally free from the ventilator and able to go to an Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital. During the next month, she worked several hours per day, learning to walk and take care of herself again. With the assistance of a walker, Deliah walked back into our home after 129 days of hospitalization from a vaccination that Moderna has enjoyed profits exceeding $15,000,000,000 from since her fingers and toes first began to tingle. Moderna Gross Profit 2017-2024

Over the next year, through physical therapy, Deliah made a lot of progress in her physical ability. Although her employment opportunities in healthcare are now limited due to not being fully vaccinated, she was able to return to teaching nursing students at a community college, and has even become a contingent ER Nurse again. But sadly, her recovery seems to have plateaued, leaving her with chronic fatigue and pain, permanent neuropathy in her feet, permanently damage vocal cords, and mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and
PTSD.

Through this process, we have registered a case with the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) through the federal government and learned that this vaccine is not covered under the more broadly funded Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). Unfortunately, it doesn’t take much research to find out that the CICP program is underfunded, understaffed, and has a notorious reputation for poor communication and rarely approving claims for compensation. It is really unfortunate that, in a country as developed as the United States of America, where taxpayers fund pharmaceutical companies billions of dollars to provide our population and other countries with protection against a pandemic, and people like Deliah advocate for those protections in the midst of abundant controversy, and suffer such a rare and life altering injury as she has, that there is virtually nothing in place to compensate for what she has gone through.

Through this experience, we’ve had hopes that Deliah’s claim with the CICP would be awarded or that the VICP would begin to cover the Covid vaccines, but it’s becoming clear that those hopes are in vain. We feel that now is the time to make this story known so that there will be a growing awareness of the contrast between the experiences of Deliah and those who massively profited from the product that altered the rest of her life. We believe that if the United States
Government and Pharmaceutical Companies had a fraction of the compassion that Deliah embodies, then a fraction of their royalties would easily be afforded to those who are adversely affected by their products.

Thank you for your time. We look forward to hearing from those who read this.

Making obscene profits while denying compensation for injuries is highly unethical. A more just system would seize profits to remediate the obvious harms taking place. We need to mitigate this better. All in favor of helping the injured can help build upon this proposal
