Church tax exemption

The churches should not be tax except if they are not actively helping their direct community. They can continue their outreach and missionary efforts. The goal is to get them to actually help their community. To open their doors to the public a few times a week is not enough. The money from the people should be used for the people in the community. 1 day a week (in addition to regular congregation assembly) going into the community with a mission to better their community and incurage involment with local people it doesn’t have to be religion based to be helpful and I’m not saying to not include it either.
