Many people who participate in pedophilia and rape, continue the crimes after serving time.
There needs to be a deeper motivation these criminals need to consider, for most are not scared of a little jail time.
I believe knowing their members will no longer be in tack will be the motivating factor to help them think twice.
And if and when they are released, they can no longer perform those acts with the intent of sexual or penetration pleasure
We have that for children under the age of 13. I wish the age was 18.

I agree. Too many of our youngsters have been brutalized by strangers and even family. … and are too scared to report it as they will be brutalized again or killed but their abuser. So, Not only castrated, but removed from society.
I know it’s archaic but if it were my family member that was abused I’d say off with their head and forget castration or incarceration.

I agree more needs to be done. I’m in sex crimes. There is NO cure for these people. They will reoffend. It’s a preference therefore it is a crime.
Death penalty will make them think twice about destroying lives. Sounds barbaric, but the crimes against children are barbaric. Guaranteed it will solve the problem. They need to be eliminated from the planet and never harm another child, not worth the risk.

You people obviously do not understand how easy it is to convict someone in southern states of these types of crimes… all it takes is an allegation… no proof… hell no you can’t cut a persons genitals off with such little evidence… you are in sane !!!
