Modifying cars should be protected under the 1st amendment as it’s an expression of one’s self. In doing so we can save tax payer dollars that are constantly getting wasted with Code enforcement or police officers pulling people over in lifted, lowered, etc vehicles this is time and money that could be spent on real crimes or services in addition it gives more liberty and freedoms to the American people to express themselves
