Buid Back Small Communities

Actually build actual communities. I have a dream to build back the communities that I remember as a child. Lower to middle income, single family homes with their own daycare, event center, outdoor gathering facilities, worship center, community maintained convience store, and hopefully early education. All run an managed by the community itself. All with the premise of building a tight knit community atmosphere that brings people together.
