Both Spouses Must Agree on Child Custody Before Divorce is Granted

(Category: SOCIAL POLICY)

Title: The Mandatory Parental Custody Agreement Act

Description:
In divorce proceedings, a judge will only grant a divorce if both spouses mutually agree on all aspects of child custody, including future modifications. No judicial or governmental arbitration is permitted in these matters. Divorce will be denied if an agreement cannot be reached.

Disagree!

Replace “Best Interest of the Child” Standard Is there to protect children from abuse!

“Best Interest of the Child” Standard is entirely nebulous and arbitrary. It’s meaningless as a guiding principle.

Saying the only way to settle child custody is 50/50 without a judge being able to keep a parent who molested their child out of that child’s life is insanity.
