End all capital gains on the holding, custody, use as currency or sales of bitcoin. This would enable individuals and institutions to hold and use bitcoin without loss or cost and would grow its use and value exponentially. We do not tax the holding or use of dollars nor should we tax the use or holding of bitcoin.
