Reduce federal capital tax gains for crypto currency investments

To incentivize more investment in digital/virtual currencies amongst the US population, reduce federal capital tax gains and encourage that this also be done at the state level. This is simply a new way to invest and should be encouraged for US citizens. Crypto will be an important part of the digital future and US policies based on traditional financial markets should not seep into or influence new ways of investing. Rather, a different paradigm approach needs to be adopted in order to build and support new systems.
