Ban the inequality of gender and race on info request forms

Ban the demographic information that is required to be submitted for employment, housing, education, and other equal event opportunities. This info should be illegal for application processes to ask. We are all human. This continues to divide due to favoritism of skin color or gender and not equal opportunities. It is banned in other first world countries. If anything else, there should at least an option to choose human if your going to be asking me my pronouns. Medical services of course will need this for obvious reasons. Let’s evolve!
