Ban Medical Insurance from denying medically necessary procedures or medicines

I find It incredibly insulting to my medical care team who go through the trouble to write me a prescription for a drug like Mounjaro, but an insurance company can arbitrarily override a doctor because they know better than my doc and a medically necessary medication no longer becomes medically necessary to the insurance company! What’s the point of having insurance if when you try to use it they deny your claims?! This is getting ridiculous! Oh and if we have an obesity problem as a national epidemic, then why does insurance companies NEVER COVER ANYTHING related to weight loss management or any weight loss type drugs like Wengovy or Mounjaro? Oh THATS RIGHT, insurance companies would cease to exist if Americans were healthy again right?! Cut the red tape BS and force insurance companies to pay out for their customers who are buying the insurance. If a medical claim is denied then a 3rd party agency picked by the American people should be used to determine whether if it was denied for a legitimate reason, like non payment of premiums or fraud, that sort of thing.
