Ban/Limit/Regulate Corporate ownership of residential homes

I recommend banning, limiting or otherwise regulating the Corporate ownership of residential homes. These large corporations buy up all the residential lots and artificially drive the cost of home ownership higher. They then sit on the properties long enough to claim a loss on taxes before handing them off to a sister company who then does the same. This makes it more difficult and in many cases impossible to achieve the American dream of home ownership.
