Nano-particulates (aluminum, barium, strontium, titanium, uranium, cesium and many others) from jet exhaust and purposeful atmospheric geoengineering are contaminating all life on earth. Numerous doctors around the world have been documenting these particulates in the blood of people, livestock and game animals. In 2023 the Biden administration officially encouraged the use of Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI), Marine Cloud Brightening (MCB) and Cirrus Cloud Thinning (CCT). All are forms of geoengineering.
In 1962 then VP Lyndon Johnson said “He who controls the weather controls the world”. Weather modification - mostly cloud seeding - was used extensively in Viet Nam during his time in the White House,
Former CIA Director John Brennon acknowledged the use of SAI in a speech to the CFR in 2016.
In his keynote address at the Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction and US Strategy in 1997, former Secretary of Defense William Cohen acknowledged the use of electronic warfare to alter the climate, set off volcanoes and generate earthquakes.
“Not only have new weapons been developed but some of the basic concepts of geography and strategy have been fundamentally altered; space and weather control have replaced Suez or Gibraltar as key elements of strategy.” Zbigniew Brzezinski, National Security advisor under President Carter, from his 1970 book Between Two Ages.
Solar Radiation Management (SRM) to block the sun is another form of geonengineering. Mexico recently banned all forms of SRM.

Furthermore, as Mr. Cohen pointed out in 1997, electronic weapons like Directed Energy Weapons (DEW’s) are also being used. Land based electronic HAARP systems have been used for decades to heat the ionosphere and create high pressure domes to steer storms. A new, portable form of ionospehric heating known as Ionospheric Current Drive (ICD) is now being deployed around the world on ships. High Energy Lasers (HEL’s), High Powered Microwaves (HPM’s), particle beams, plasma beams and cymatics are just a few of the electronic weapons being used, not only for geoengineering, but also as weapons of warfare.
None of this has been considered by the UN in its global climate change reports, which were used by the Paris Climate Accords to determine global CO2 policy. Evidence is mounting that all of these forms of geoengineering are the primary causes of global warming, not CO2. And yet, CO2 is being used to manipulate our lives while the official government narrative says nothing about the effects of geoengineering.
All of us taxpayers are paying for this in spite of the fact that none of us gave our consent for any of it.
This assault on all life on earth needs to be forever banned. Even if we ban it tomorrow, it will continue to pose an existential threat to all life for decades to come.
