The FCC has repeatedly been governed by former telecom industry members who protect the telecom industries and NOT the general public. World safe limits are as much as 10,000 lower than the US and Canada. The FCC has literally thousands of peer reviewed reports expressing the dangers this tech poses but is ignored - they can be found in the FCC archives.
The telecom industry CANNOT be insured by any insurance company - even Lloyds of London will NOT insure them. They have all been self insured according to SEC filings/ Court cases lost in litigation have been been placed under gag orders and with victors required to sign NDA’s to keep the public from knowing the truth.
