Armed veterans in schools ASAP

Let’s get armed veterans into every school. As a mom of three, I know it’s going to be “scary” for children to see but so was walking through an airport security for the first time after 9/11 and now airport security is just part of everyday life. We accept and adapt to sensible change. Create a “Peace Corp” for veterans to apply for these positions while we provide housing and a stipend. We can’t have another four more years of school shootings while we debate gun control - armed veterans in schools will drastically improve this situation immediately.
