Either write an amendment or a law that restricts government agencies from using rules to circumvent congress that restrict rights according to agenda.
For too long, unelected government personnel have used the ability to write rules that reflect their political agenda that restrict freedoms and rights of citizens and businesses and bypass congress. These rules have the force of law and can lead to imprisonment and financial penalties, yet they were never made into law.
This occurs in every agency, but, for example, the ATF will write rules about firearms that restrict citizens from having parts or accessories that were not identified in any law. This leads to confusion, manufacturing issues, possession issues, and possible legal and financial issues. No rule should have the weight of enforcement as if it were the power of a law.
Any rules that restrict freedom of individuals and commerce must have the force of law, so should be voted on by congress and made into laws.
