Section 1. No person shall be elected to the House of Representative more than three times.
Section 2. No person shall be elected to the Senate more than twice, and no person who has held the office of Senator, or acted as Senator, for more than three years of a term to which some other person was elected Senator shall be elected to the Senate more than once.
Section 3. This amendment shall apply to all current members of both Houses of Congress, therefore, any current member of either house that matches or exceeds the limit is excluded from running for their current seat.
