Allow group medical insurance plans instead of medicare

medicare is a useless expense for healthy seniors. and it’s required. and there are penalties for delaying signing up for some parts. this is rediculous usuery on the part if the gov’t. if people prefer orgs like christian healthcare ministries, those orgs should not have to defer to medicare. if people prefer no health insurance til they are 80, there should be no penalty for joining later in life.
